The room "Tradition Bouchère" is dedicated to all the special occasions which mark: marriage, birthday, etc, but also business-meals. Starting from 15 people on, it's the room which will be appropriate for you.
In the Cafétéria daily menus are starting from 13 euros. The fast and good service and the quality of the meals are appreciated by the guests.

The Hotel-Restaurant Sud Alsace is famous for its dancing-diner «Le Grand Buffet du Boucher» (the big boucher buffet) which is hold every 1st and 3rd saturday from september till may.
Because of their speciality «Cochonaille d'Achille», which is only served for the dancing-lunch, it's always difficult to find a free table ! During the whole year the «Sud Alsace» proposes special events with alsatian specialities like the «baeckeofe», which is always worth for a visite.
